Sommerfest committee meeting--April 6

There will be a Sommerfest meeting Tuesday, April 6 at 6:30 pm to be held at the Haines Ave. Hardee's (near Applebee's).  We will begin the planning and outlining of the 2010 Sommerfest, be sure to attend if you signed up for the Sommerfest committee.


Also, there will be a Board meeting the next night at the Main St. fire station at 7pm. All members are welcome to attend and being any items before the board if they so wish.

If you haven't been receiving any newsletters, please be sure to contact us so we may remedy the situation.

Mark your calendars for April 17 for the social--location TBA.

General Membership meeting--March 20 at 7:30pm

There will be a general membership meeting Saturday, March 20 at 7:30 pm at B&L Bagels on main st.

Topics for discussion include voting on new patterns for the 2010 steins, so don't forget to bring yours!

Reminder: Dues are to be paid (or postmarked) by March 31st.
$20/person, $40/family

German Club Social

Members and their families are invited to come to Godfather's Pizza at 6pm on Saturday February 20th for an evening social.  The club will pay for the food and sodas; members will be responsible for their own alcoholic beverages, should they choose to partake.

Frohes neues Jahr!!

It's a new year, and we at the Rushmore German Club are looking forward to another great year of fun and friendship!

We'll be having a General Membership meeting this Saturday, January 16th at 7:30 pm at B&L Bagels on Main St.  You should be receiving an agenda in your mailbox shortly, or if you have your email on file with us, you should already have it.  This is a particularly important meeting, since we'll be calling for volunteers for the various committees that assist the Club, as well as go over the items brought forth by the Board Officers.  We hope to see you there!

Christmas Party this FRIDAY

Just a reminder that the German Club's Christmas party is this Friday, December 11th at 6pm in the Radisson hotel on the corner of Main and Mount Rushmore Road.
