Sommerfest 2010 is coming!

General Membership meeting--Saturday, July 17th

There will be a general membership meeting at 7:00 in B&L Bagels located on Main st.
Refreshments will be served.
There will also be sign up sheets for various Sommerfest tent duties--be sure to sign up if you haven't done so already!

Next Social--SUNDAY JUNE 20th

There will be a German Club lunch social at Elk Creek Resort on 6/20.  The club will provide beverages, hot dogs and burgers, while members are invited to bring a side dish to share.  We hope to see you there!

There will be a General Membership meeting at B&L Bagels on Saturday, May 15th at 7:00.

Sommerfest committee meeting--April 6

There will be a Sommerfest meeting Tuesday, April 6 at 6:30 pm to be held at the Haines Ave. Hardee's (near Applebee's).  We will begin the planning and outlining of the 2010 Sommerfest, be sure to attend if you signed up for the Sommerfest committee.


Also, there will be a Board meeting the next night at the Main St. fire station at 7pm. All members are welcome to attend and being any items before the board if they so wish.

If you haven't been receiving any newsletters, please be sure to contact us so we may remedy the situation.

Mark your calendars for April 17 for the social--location TBA.

Topics for discussion include voting on new patterns for the 2010 steins, so don't forget to bring yours!

Reminder: Dues are to be paid (or postmarked) by March 31st.
$20/person, $40/family

German Club Social

Members and their families are invited to come to Godfather's Pizza at 6pm on Saturday February 20th for an evening social.  The club will pay for the food and sodas; members will be responsible for their own alcoholic beverages, should they choose to partake.
